The Office of Postdoctoral Education is pleased to announce the Spring 2010 Career Enhancement Awards for Postdoctoral Scholars. Four awards up to $1,500.00 will be given to Postdoctoral Scholars to enhance their professional development. Allowable expenses include: Internships up to a 1 month period, attending extramural courses (e.g. NIH, Cold Spring Harbor, Woods Hole, etc) to learn new skills, and visiting laboratories to conduct collaborative studies. These funds can not be used for the purpose of travel to scientific meetings. Previous CEA recipients are welcome to apply but should state in their application the date(s) of previous awards as well as the report of the activity. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS IS MONDAY, JANUARY 11, 2010.
